For complete newcomers, Final Fantasy 7 Remake follows the story of Cloud Strife, a former 1st Class soldier for the SHINRA corporation who seems to be up against some rather sinister stuff. You’ll join Cloud and a cast of colorful characters on their quest to explore Midgar and save it from SHINRA once and for all.
It’s worth noting that this initial release on April 10 is just the first part of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake. There will be more parts that continue the story moving forward, but how many and when these will release has yet to be announced.
