Today third-party developer Orbx released its new rendition of Brisbane Airport (YBBN) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The airport is a massive hub in Australia, so it’s certainly an interesting addition for the simulator, especially since we can now enjoy Orbx’s own Brisbane City pack.
It’s currently available on Orbx Direct for $15.47. Below you can check out a trailer and a list of features.
- High quality rendition of YBBN Brisbane International
- PBR textures on hero assets
- Current airport layout with parallel runways
- Custom jetways
- Dynamic night lighting
- Custom groundpoly
Another piece of news comes in the form of a tease from NZA Simulations.
What you can see above is the Raglan Footbridge in New Zealand, so the tease is about the local Raglan Aerodrome. The sweetest part of the deal is that it’s going to be free.
Recently, we published our massive interview with head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann, who provided a lot of new info about the present and future of the sim.
A few days ago, we heard more about the Xbox version of the simulator and we saw some impressive performance upgrades for the PC version which will come at the same time.
