We start with SimWorks Studios, which announced a release date and pricing information for the Daher Kodiak.

Barring any unforeseen issue, it’ll release on Friday, December 17 on third-party stores. It’ll also release on the official marketplace for both PC and Xbox, but a date for that isn’t predictable. It’ll cost 29.99€ on SWS’s own store and a bit higher on other stores.

The amphibian version is being worked on and it’ll release as an additional package at a later date for 14.99€.

Next comes SC Design with new images of its F-16 Fighting Falcon, including a Hellenic Air Force livery. We also get a brief development update.

“The F-16s will also be getting a full custom Fly-By-Wire system which is being coded by CodeNameJack. This works incredibly well, and has revealed a real sensitivity in the F-16 in the landing configuration that matches the real airplane – lose too much airspeed and it’s curtains for you for sure! It’s almost ready to be sent out to previewers next week, so there will soon be lots of opportunities for you to see the F-16s flying in the sim. The metallic textures have also been improved, and the Thunderbirds now have a nice glossy coat of paint of their own, as opposed to the matt finish on most aircraft.”

Last, but not least, SamScene3D revealed new images of its upcoming city scenery for Busan in South Korea.

Recently, we published our latest interview with head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann and we heard more about Microsoft’s plans for the next few months, including World Update Australia.
