The game is coming in the first quarter of 2022 (following a recent delay to improve quality) for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PC.

The PC version will come via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Windows 10 Store. Apparently, there won’t be any Epic Games Store exclusivity this time around, and no Switch version has been announced, at least for now.
