Third-party developers are continuing to work on new add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including aircraft and airports.
Aeroplane Heaven is laboring on its upcoming Supermarine Spitfire add-on, and today the developer posted a look at the legendary Rolls-Royce Merlin, which is visible in the model.
You can check it out below, while we wait for more precise release details.
On the airport side, we also get a tease from SimArc, that apparently is working on Faisalabad International Airport (OPFA).
It’s one of the major airports in Pakistan, and it’s always nice to see new hubs being created for an often-neglected area of the world. Incidentally, Simarc is the studio behind the excellent Islamabad International Airport.
Speaking of neglected areas of the world, we also get a bonus in the form of screenshots from the duo of developers working on Hangzhou International Airport (ZSHC) over at FSDeveloper.
At the moment, we don’t have much info about its release, but considering that major Chinese airports are extremely rare for now, it’s certainly promising.
A few of days ago, we published our massive interview with head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann, who provided a lot of new info about the present and future of the sim.
