Today Genshin Impact developer MiHoYo released a brand new trailer of the popular action RPG.
The trailer showcases the gameplay of Kaedehara Kazuha, the new character that will soon be released into the game. Inevitably, it delves as deep as possible into samurai tropes. It follows the previous promotional video, which focused on introducing him.
You can check out the video below, both in English and Japanese depending on your voice over language of choice.
Incidentally, if you want to learn more about the recent update 1.6, you can check out the original announcement, the first gameplay with plenty of additional info, and the new swimsuits.
Here’s how MiHoYo introduces Kazuha.
“The clouds float above the vast mountains, the sky is azure and the water is still. It’s a beautiful day to create poetry. It’s a pity that there are always people who don’t appreciate the beauty of literature…
But it matters naught. When the wind of the sword settles, the fallen leaves will drift through the wind and the poems will come to life again.”
If you want to see more of Genshin Impact, you can enjoy another trailer about Diluc, one focusing on Venti, two trailers introducing Fischl, three showcasing Klee, one on Jean, one on Keqing, a whopping three featuring Childe, one showing Zhongli, one featuring Xinyan, one focusing on Albedo, more on Ganyu, one on Xiao, one on Hutao, one on Rosaria, one on Yanfei, and one focusing on Eula.
Genshin Impact is now available for PS4, PS5, PC, iOS, and Android. A Switch version is also planned down the line, but we still don’t have a specific release date for Nintendo’s console.
We also interviewed MiHoYo about the game’s platforms, inspiration, and more. Lastly, you can read our review.
