New Monster Hunter: World Iceborne

Monster Hunter: World Iceborne Shows Tigrex and Spectacular PS4 Theme in New Trailers

Today Capcom released two brand new trailers of its upcoming Monster Hunter: World expansion titled Iceborne.

The first trailer features another of the monsters coming back with the expansion, and that’s Tigrex. We get to see its first appearance all the wat back in 2007 with Monster Hunter Portable 2nd on PSP, and then a look on what he looks like in the new game.

The second trailer is a bit more specialized, and it shows the Velkhana dynamic PS4 theme that you’ll get if you pre-order Iceborne on the PlayStation Store.

I have to say that as far as PS4 themes go, this one is certainly among the best tier, with a lovely look at the monster’s 3D model, custom music, icons, and all the jazz.

You can check both videos out below.

If you want to see more, you can also enjoy the first look at the Nargacuga, BeotodusDirewolfBlack DiablosOdogaron and GirrosRathian LegianaRathalosTobi-KadachiShrieking Legiana, and Tigrex armor sets.

On top of that, we recently got a trailer focusing on Nargacuga and its origins, some brand new gameplay featuring Glavenus, a trailer showing off Acidic Glavenus in action and another taking a look at monster subspecies in general. You can also learn more about the topic with the info shared at San Diego Comic-Con.

Monster Hunter: World Iceborne will be released worldwide for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6. The Steam version will be released in January.
