The article included a few new screenshots showcasing the enhanced features, new characters, and new content.

We get to see the new playable character Kasumi in action as she fights against enemies alongside our heroes, and the new social link Takuto Maruki.

Specifically, we see the moment in which he is introduced to the student as the new consultant at Shujin Academy, and another in which the protagonist finds him sleeping in his bed.

Another interesting screenshot shows a certain lady sitting by Futaba’s side at the cafe, while more reveal new mechanics within the palaces, including mysterious glowing objects.

You can watch them below, and see if you can catch some more hints to the load of new content that Royal is going to bring forth.

If you want to see more, we recently saw the full reveal of Persona 5 Royal, which is releasing in Japan on October 31, 2019, exclusively for PS4, and in the west in 2020.

We also got an overview of the new content, and a version of the latest trailer subtitled in English.
