Today Mortal Kombat 11 developer NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed another new trailer of the upcoming ultra-violent fighting game.

The video focuses on Shao Khan who returns to tear Raiden to pieces. Incidentally, when I say “tear to pieces” I mean it literally because the trailer ends with the classic villain’s gruesome fatality.

He will be available as a pre-order bonus, which means you only have a few days left to grab him.

Incidentally, due to the brutal nature of the footage, I would suggest not to watch the trailer at work unless your boss is a very tolerant one.

You can watch it below. If you want to see more of Mortal Kombat 11, you can check out another trailer showcasing NetherRealm’s favorite fatalities (which is another one likely to watch in the privacy of your home) and read our hands-on preview to see what we think about the upcoming game.

You can also enjoy the reveal of Shang Tsung and Noob Saibot, the first look at the new character Cetrion, another new character named Kollector, some recent gameplay featuring Noob Saibot, Kollector himself, and returning gunslinger Erron Black, a trailer revealing Kitana, and more gameplay featuring her alongside Cetrion and D’vorah.

Mortal Kombat 11 will release on April 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
