We learn that the game’s standard edition will cost $59.99, the Deluxe Edition will be priced at $79.99 and will include the first expansion (coming in 2021), while the Ascended Edition  will be priced at $89.99 and will include the first expansion and the “Ascended Digital Cosmetic Contents.”

Update: it’s worth mentioning that the press release calls this the “official PC pricing,” so we shouldn’t consider it a confirmation that the PS5 version will cost the same.

Pre-ordering will grant the “Starter Pack Items,” a chrome skin for three valor plates, and another skin for the Typhon valor plate, yellow on Epic Game Store and red on PS5, plus Zer0’s Sword.

You can already pre-order the game on Epic Games Store, while PS5 preorders will

You can check out the content of every edition and pre-orders in the gallery below.

Here’s how the developers describe the game.

“Aperion is on the precipice of ruin. You are the last of the Valorian knights, god-like warriors able to equip Valorplates, legendary armor sets that transform wielders into unstoppable masters of melee combat. Tear through foes as you climb through the elemental realms and challenge the mad god, Macros who awaits you at the top. Ascend in Godfall, the first-of-its-kind, looter-slasher, melee action-RPG.”

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
