To those wanting to discover more knowledge, here is a list, in alphabetical order, of all Genshin Impact character ages, birthdays, and zodiac signs.

It’s important to note that there isn’t an official confirmation from miHoYo regarding the characters’ ages. This is pure speculation from things like lore, comics, and theories within the community.

Albedo

• Age: 19 in appearance, approximately 500 chronologically
• Birthday: September 13
• Zodiac: Virgo

Albedo, the alchemist in Mondstadt, provides service for the Knights of Favonius. He is known as a genius for his research skills and for improving upon the knowledge he seeks from previous scholars. He can be seen in his Story Quest: Traveler Observation Report where Albedo is sketching monsters. It was also recently revealed that Albedo is an artificial human who was created long ago.

Amber

• Age: 20
• Birthday: August 10
• Zodiac: Leo

Just like her fierce Leo sign, Amber is a fiery spark that is the only Outrider of the Knights of Favonius in Genshin Impact. She is always bluntly straight to the point and ready for action. Upon meeting her in the Prologue, she supplies the Traveler with a glider that is useful throughout the game. Amber’s gliding skills are advanced enough to make her the three-time winner of the Gliding Champion title in Mondstadt.

Arataki Itto

The charming teenage idol, Barbara, is the Deaconness of the Church of Favonius. The people of Mondstadt adore her and some even feel they owe her for the city’s spirit of freedom. She is seen in the second part of Albedo’s Quest: The Genius Researcher and the Seed of Another World. Barbara is one of the first characters to have a Hangout Event, and you’ll learn just how busy life can be for this popular idol.

Beidou

• Age: 27

• Zodiac: Aquarius

Beidou is the Captain of the Crux with rumors of her reputation ranging from being able to split mountains to drawing lightning to her sword. Those who have sailed along with her solidify her might by saying she can slay any sea beast. Gliding from the mountain above the Guyun Domain allows you to reach the Alcor, where you meet Beidou and eventually sign up for a tournament to compete in to reach Inazuma.

Bennett

A young adventurer of the Mondstadt Adventurers’ Guild, Bennett, is cursed with bad luck. Being the only active member of Benny’s Adventure Team, Katheryne of the Adventurers’ Guild don’t have the heart to tell him that the rest of the group has left. Bennett’s Hangout Event is unlocked once players finish the third act of the Prologue.

Chongyun

The exorcist, Chongyun, is based in Liyue where he fights off evil spirits. He is the heir to a clan of exorcists with his pure-yang spirit being more powerful than most. Unlocking Chongyun’s Hangout Event involves solving a set of questions about evil spirits, and by answering correctly, a special achievement will be gained.

Diluc

A true Taurus that is good with money, Diluc is the wealthiest man in Mondstadt. He prides himself on his elegance and gentleman refinery, while also having a courageous spirit in protecting the city he loves and respects. The Traveler and Paimon meet him in the Prologue’s second act at the tavern, Angel’s Share.

Diona

Diona is the young bartender of the Cat’s Tail tavern, bringing a change to the standards of traditional powerhouses. Her Capricorn feistiness makes any drink mixed by her truly tasteful, despite the fact that she doesn’t fancy alcohol all that much. By completing Song of the Dragon and Freedom and having the appropriate rank, players can unlock her Hangout Event.

Eula

Always on the battlefield, Eula is the descendant of the old aristocracy. Being born from sinners, she tries to escape the prejudices by being the Spindrift Knight that protects Mondstadt. The character reveals herself in her Story Quest: The Spindrift Shall Never Return to the Sea.

Fischl

Accompanied with her night raven, Oz, Fischl is an investigator in the Adventurers’ Guild. Her recognition within the Guild has been proven with her eccentric spirit and her humbling hard work. Early on, in Version 1.1, when talking to Katheryne of the Adventurers’ Guild, Fischl and Oz introduced themselves, starting the Unreconciled Stars event.

Ganyu

Jean

The Acting Grand Master of the Knights, Jean, will guard Mondstadt with her life. She devotes her time to her duties and hopes her city will remain at peace. She can be seen in the Prologue when you help the Knights of Favonius after meeting Amber.

Kaedehara Kazuha

Kamisato Ayato

Kujou Sara

Kujou Sara is the leader of the Tenryou Commission’s forces and is serious about honoring her word. Lisa

Mona

Ningguang

Noelle

• Zodiac: Aries

In her youth, Noelle dreamt of being a part of the Knights of Favonius. Still learning how to be a knight, she is a maid at the Knight’s headquarters and takes notes to gain knowledge for the future of her career there. In the player’s time in Mondstadt, she asks for your help to be a knight, thus activating her Hangout Event.

Qiqi

• Age: 8 in appearance, 100+ chronologically
• Birthday: March 3
• Zodiac: Pisces

Qiqi is an apprentice and herb gatherer at Bubu Pharmacy. She is a small zombie that was granted eternal youth and often has a terrible memory even when she writes her memories down. You can find her in Liyue Harbor at the pharmacy she works at.

Raiden Shogun

The ruler of the Inazuma Shogunate, Raiden Shogun, harnesses the power of thunder incarnate. With the might of lightning by her side, she lives on for eternity. Players are recommended to be Adventure Rank 40 or higher when meeting her in Inazuma.

Razor

Rumors surrounding Razor’s origins are a mystery to many. Some tell the stories of him being raised by wolves, while others say he is a wolf spirit in human form. When the Traveler and Paimon reach Wolvendom, they meet Razor after he frightens the enemies attacking them.

Rosaria

• Age: 24
• Birthday: January 24
• Zodiac: Aquarius

A sister in Mondstadt’s Church of Favonius, Rosaria has a cold manner along with her general unusualness. She is a mysterious woman with an unknown purpose, always making moves that stay unpredictable. Genshin Impact players can meet her, along with other characters, in the Traveler Observation Report.

Sangonomiya Kokomi

Sayu

Shenhe

The adepti disciple, Shenhe, grew up in the mountains far away from Liyue Harbor. Her soul is bound to the red ropes surrounding her while they train her body and her mind. She can be seen in The Crane Returns on the Wind quest.

Sucrose

Sucrose is an alchemist with a sense of curiosity about the meaning of the world and everything in it. She is an assistant to Albedo with her focus on “bio-alchemy” that will help the world transform living things. In the Traveler Observation Report, the Traveler and Paimon meet Sucrose when she asks for their help regarding a secret.

Tartaglia

A young man in his 20s, Tartaglia is unpredictable and keeps everyone from guessing what he’ll do next. He remains a kid at heart, but don’t let that fool you in his refined art of war. Players can see him in his Story Quest: The Monoceros Caeli Chapter.

Thoma

Traveler

The character, the Traveler, either female or male, kicks off the entire story and is controlled by the player. The quest to bring their sibling back from the darkness begins with you. The Traveler is accompanied by their many companions and there are even future allies to come.

Venti

Venti is a bard who sings songs both from the olden times to the present. He has the Anemo power to control the wind, with its appearance often looking like feathers. You can meet Venti in the Prologue, where he plays his instrument near the Anemo God Statue.

Xiangling

Xiao

Xingqiu

The second son of the Feiyun Commerce Guild, Xingqiu, has had quite a reputation since he was a young child. He also has an adventurous side to him that brings out mischievous acts. After completing Lisa’s Story Quest, he can be seen in the Bookworm Swordsman quest.

Xinyan

• Zodiac: Libra

Xinyan is a Libra that has a passion for music and singing. She excels in rock n’ roll and resides in Linyue Harbor. In Version 2.1, Xinyan was seen in the Moonlight Merriment Event along with her long-time friends, Beidou and Xiangling.

Yae Miko

Yanfei

The half-adeptus Yanfei is a skillful legal advisor. She sincerely believes in fairness and brings a balance to Liyue with her hard work. Yoimiya

Yoimiya is a pyrotechnician with a fiery passion. Currently, she is the owner of Naganohara Fireworks and is known as the “Queen of the Summer Festival.” The Story Quest, Carassius Auratus, involves seeing the character in Inazuma, where she will tell you the story about her family’s business.

Yun Jin
