First of all, we get to see a trailer showcasing two of the heroines of the game Anastasia Palma and Azami Mochizuki.

You can enjoy it below.

Following, the developers showcased the much-anticipated reveal of the character song for Sakura Amamiya. The title is “Otome Nandesu Yo” (I’m a Maiden) and it’s performed by Ayane Sakura (who also voices the characters). The lyrics have been written by Jiro Ishii, while the music has been composed by Kouhei Tanaka.

Following, we get the reveal of the Shanghai Revue, which will play the role of one of a rival team for the world championship which is featured in the story. They’re designed by K-On! and Lucky Star Character Designer Yukiko Horiguchi.

We get to see them in action, their mecha, and their uniform, which is also designed by Horiguchi-sensei.

More videos showcase the first meetings with the main characters of the Shanghai revue. Suffice to say, they happen in very, very different circumstances.

The developers then moved on to the battle gameplay, which is defined as “Dramatic 3D Action.” Yes, it’s an action-based system. We also see Seijiro Kamiyama and and Sakura Amamiya’s battle uniform.

Sega Chief Creative Officer Toshihiro Nagoshi mentioned that the team went through a lot of trial and error while working on the battle system, but in the end, they decided for what you just saw.

Last, but certainly not least, we see a brand new trailer revealing the release date of the game for Japan. It’s coming to PS4 on December 12, 2019. For the moment, the western release is still scheduled for 2020.

Those who will pre-order the game in Japan will receive a PS4 theme featuring the theme song and main visual illustration.
