Middle-Earth: Shadow of War brings back the fascinating Nemesis System featured in the original game, and anyone that played Shadow of Mordor will have a little treat with the game’s new update. The Nemesis Forge update adds in a new option to Shadow of Mordor that will identify your highest ranking Nemesis and most loyal follower, bringing them over to your game when you start up Shadow of War.
Nemesis Forge is a free update, and you’ll need to go into the main menu of Shadow of Mordor to select the option. It remains to be seen how much of a role your Nemesis and follower will play in Shadow of War, but it’s certainly going to be interesting to see how things carry over. You can see more about the Nemesis Forge update in the trailer below. There will also be a Twitch stream tomorrow at 2PM PST, detailing the Nemesis system and new update.
