The Japanese release of Persona 5 Royal is coming closer and closer, and Atlus is continuing to showcase interesting assets of the game.
We get a batch of screenshots showcasing another feature of the My Palace feature, which lets you build and decorate your own personal palace.
By achieving specific achievements both in battle and in daily life (including minigames, of course), you will receive trophies to be displayed in your palace’s walls.
The more you progress, the more luxurious they will become.
We also get a video showcasing the fact that as you deepen the bonds with your friends, they will appear in your palace as cognitive entities.
The most interesting element related to this is that you’ll be able to see conversation between characters who normally have few contacts in real life.
In the video we see Munehisa Iwai chatting with Sojiro and Ryuji.
If you’re interested in the My Palace feature you can check out an earlier gallery of screenshots.
If you’d like to see more of Persona 5 Royal in general, you also enjoy the first 15 minutes of gameplay, the opening animation, a recent trailer, latest English trailer, the previous trailer and gameplay reveal, including Goro Akechi, Jose and Mementos, two recent videos focusing on the new character Kasumi and additions to the battle system, two more showing another look at the new features, and additional clips featuring new character Jose.
We then have another trailer in English, a batch of gameplay screenshots, the first character trailer focusing on Kasumi the second showcasing Ryuji, the third starring Ann, the fourth focusing on Yusuke, the fifth showcasing Makoto, the sixth featuring Futaba, the seventh showing Haru, the eighth starring Morgana, the ninth focusing on Takuto Maruki, and the latest starring the hero.
Persona 5 Royal is launching in the west in spring 2020, and in Japan on October 31, 2019, exclusively for PS4.
