Attendees will be able to watch developers play the game live at the booth located in Hall 6, Stand C049. Presentations will happen between Wednesday, August 21 and Saturday, August 24.

Media attendees will have their own behind-closed-doors gameplay presentations between August 20 and August 22.

On top of this, we’ll also see the first qualifier of the official Cyberpunk 2077 Cosplay Contest.

“This year’s gamescom will also play host to the first offline qualifier of the official Cyberpunk 2077 Cosplay Contest. The event will take place on Friday, August 23rd, and will see participants compete for the title of the most authentic Cyberpunk 2077 cosplay. First place prize will include $2000, Cyberpunk 2077-inspired merchandise, as well as a spot in the Cosplay Contest Grand Finale sporting a $30,000 prize pool.”

If you want to learn more about Cyberpunk 2077, you can read how character creation can impact the story, every way V can kill someone, and, if you prefer peaceful means, how you can play the whole game without ending anyone.

Luckily, you don’t have to wait too long to watch the E3 gameplay demo for yourself, as it’s going to be publicly showcased around PAX West. You can also get some cool info on some spiffy details directly from the developers, alongside more details on vehicles and their radios, info on life paths, more on the Nanowires, and take a look at some great renders of the main characters.

Lastly, you can check out the trailer released a few weeks ago showcasing plenty of cinematics and the participation of Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, alongside a brief gameplay teaser, some really beautiful artwork, and the in-game song “Chippin’ In” by SAMURAI.

Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on April 16, 2020.
