Yu Suzuki himself walked on stage to thank the fans who supported him for over twenty years and to present the new trailer.

You can check it out below. Incidentally, the trailer hints to a release on the Epic Games Store right at the end. Exclusivity for the store on PC has been confirmed in a message on Kickstarter.

“We are happy to announce that Shenmue III for PC will be an Epic Games Store exclusive. Development for Shenmue III has been moving forward using Unreal Engine and the support we have received from Epic has been excellent. But most importantly, in looking for the most enjoyable experience on PC, it was decided together with Deep Silver after much discussion that the Epic Games Store would be the best distribution platform option. “

If you want to see even more about the game, you can also watch a recent batch of screenshots, the previous trailer which finally showed a glimpse of combat, another gallery of screenshots, even more recent images, additional images from a few weeks ago and a video showcasing the making of the English voice acting.

Shenmue III semi-recently closed its crowdfunding campaign at a whopping $7,179,510, and will finally release for PS4 and PC on Nov. 19, following another delay.
