Pokemon Sun and Moon’s Teenage Protagonists Revealed

A new journey begins.

The most important part of any Pokemon game (next to, y’know, the actual Pokemon) is the protagonists. If you’re going to be spending dozens of hours with them, you need to know what they look like, and today, Nintendo revealed the protagonists for Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Neither of the protagonists “official” names have been revealed at the moment, but it doesn’t fully matter, since they can be replaced with any name that you can think of. Regardless of who you pick, both of these characters will be traveling to the new Alola region, which seems to be heavily influenced by Hawaii. Once again, players will travel the region in search of Pokemon of all different types that’ll help them beat gym leaders and become a Pokemon Master. Of course, that’s easier said than done, but at least the new starters will be adorable.

Pokemon Sun and Moon comes to the 3DS on November 18. Which character will you be playing as? Let us know in the comments below.
