Perhaps the most obvious new element showcased is an evolution for Girafarig named Farigiraf, but there are plenty of new and returning features showcased.

Speaking of new pokemon, we get to see Wiglett in battle for the first time, albeit only with the “Let’s Go” feature for now.

We take a look at photo mode, which lets you take selfies and snapshots of the environment.

Picnics let you party with your Pokemon and prepare delicious sandwiches with ingredients you find during your travels.

Terastallization looks like it’s really a primary element of the new game, and we get to see Tera raid battles, the ability to find and recruit terrastallizing Pokemon in the wild, and more.

More elements showcased are the TM machine lets you create your own TMs using materials that pokemon drop, and the path of legends featuring special encounters like titan Pokemon.

A glimpse of the nicely animated Paldean Pokedex is also provided, and more.

You can watch it all below.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet releases on November 18 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. If you’d like to see more, you can enjoy the previous trailer and another showing more new pokemon species and battle moves.

He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
