The decision, which is based on “recommendations supplied by teams supervising the development of both games” places the next-gen update of Cyberpunk 2077 sometime in the first quarter of 2022, while the update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt slides into the second quarter.

Free DLC inspired by the TV show will also be released for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt by CD Projekt RED at some point in the future, with more information to be revealed at a later time.
