How to Get the Unforged Claymore in Genshin Impact

The Unforged is a five-star claymore weapon, and as such, it can only be obtained by pulling on specific weapon banners. You’ll only have a chance to get the claymore if you spend your hard-earned wishes on a weapon banner that features the Unforged on it. It can’t be obtained on any regular banner.

The only things you need to have in order to claim this weapon are Primogems and a whole lot of luck. Thankfully, the new banner system helps with the latter issue by allowing players to choose their preferred featured weapon on a banner.

Is The Unforged Good?

The Unforged isn’t exactly the most popular five-star weapon when looking at others like the Mistsplitter Reforged and Staff of Homa, but it can still be relatively useful depending on which character is using it.

This claymore raises the ATK stat while also increasing shield strength, starting at 20% at its lowest refinement. This means that characters like Xinyan and Noelle who can create shields are the best fits for the Unforged.

The ATK buff can also work well for pure DPS characters like Diluc or Razor when they’re paired with supports that grant shields.
