Square Enix released a couple of interesting gameplay videos of its upcoming survival shooter Left Alive.

The the first video launched on the Japanese Twitter account, it’s the new entry of a series with Director Toshifumi Nabeshima as he showcases different mechanics of the game.

We see how we’ll be able to craft a remote explosive can from a simple empty can. Apparently, empty cans are lethal weapons of mass destruction in Left Alive, and players will play a serious role in keeping the streets of Novo Slava clean.

We also get to see a remote sensor that lets us detect the position of enemies.

The second video, posted by the English Twitter account of the game, included a presentation of one of the three playable characters of the game, Wanzer pilot Mikhail Shuvalov.

If you want to see more about Left Alive, you can also watch the most recent gameplay trailer,  some more footage, alongside a gallery with many screenshots and additional information, and some artwork released a few days ago. We also took a peek into the motion and performance capture process for the game and learned about two relevant characters.

Left Alive will release in Japan on Feb. 28, 2019, for PS4 and PC, and it’ll come west on March 5 for the same platforms.
