From Dec. 14 to Dec. 18, players will be able to download the free trial which will grant them access to the online multiplayer, the full roster of characters (minus Brainiac), and the option to play through the first three chapters of the game’s story mode. You’ll even be able to try out certain DLC characters in single-player, too.

If you decide you like the game, or were thinking of picking it up anyway, you’ll be pleased to learn that the game will also be discounted by 50% during this period, even at certain retailers.

A trailer has been released to get you pumped:

Injustice 2 was released earlier this year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS and Android, before later releasing on PC. It received a very positive response from both gamers and critics and is a great way to settle arguments over which DC hero or villain would win in a fight. You can check out our review here.
