The trailer adds more footage to what we already saw, including the hitman’s rather cool victory animation. This adds to the previous trailers showcasing the Berserker, the Inquisitor, the Grappler, the Striker, and the Ranger. We already know that at least four more characters are awaiting their own reveal.

The game is developed by popular Japanese studio Arc System Works, and it’s likely rather obvious if you watch the gameplay.

While the platforms haven’t been announced just yet, the open beta will be on PS5 and PS4. We’ll just have to see if there’ll be more.

Dungeon Fighter Online, which inspired this title, is one of the most played games in the world if you look at actual revenue, so it was pretty much a matter of time for it to expand to other genres and markets.

In the meanwhile, you can watch a previous gameplay trailer from a few weeks ago and another from last year, and see how the game evolved.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
