Sega released new videos of the upcoming Phantasy Star Online 2 spin-off Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis.

The images were, as usual, provided by the official community Twitter account Rappy.Commu with notes translated via the official PSO2 global Twitter account.

We get to see several battle abilities and elemental magic techniques that can be enjoyed in the new iteration of PSO2, which look inevitably quite flashy.

It's time for some hardcore parkour with the new "Wall Kick" ability in PSO2 NEW GENESIS! ⭐✨

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis will come for the same platforms as Phantasy Star Online 2 which in the west is (for now) Xbox and PC, while in Japan it will release for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

New info and gameplay will be showcased in a livestream next week.

Recently, we also got to see a glimpse at the new engine that will provide a fresh coat of paint for the original Phantasy Star Online 2, (it actually already released in the Japanese version) bringing it closer to the standard that Sega is going to set with New Genesis.
