Resident Evil 2

Today Capcom released another batch of mini-trailers of its upcoming Resident Evil 2 remake, giving more small glimpses of the massively-anticipated title.

This time around, most of the videos are about the weapons and guns we can use to wreak havoc on the zombie hordes. We start with the old and trustworthy combat knife, then move up the food chain with the shotgun. The third video is about grenades, and then the fourth takes it a step forward with the grenade launcher.

The fifth video is the only one which is not about implements of destruction, showing the secret passage to the underground stage.

You can check them all out below, and take another look at how the Resident Evil Engine used in Resident Evil VII: Biohazard managed to completely change the looks of a game originally released during the original PlayStation’s era.

If you want to see more of Resident Evil 2, you can take a look at the most recent gameplay showcasing the Noir DLC and filters, more gameplay from earlier this month, and a batch of screenshots and trailers focusing on Ada Wong and Tyrant.

You can also watch the previous group of mini-trailers, another onea third batch, a fourth one, and another trailer showcasing the iconic lickers.

Resident Evil 2 releases for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Jan. 25, 2019.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
