Resident Evil 2 Shows Glimpse of its Beauty and Horror in New Short Videos

The Resident Evil 2 remake is coming fast and hot, and today Capcom released five brief videos showing off some specific moments of the game.

We get to see dialogue including Leon, Claire, and Marvin Branagh, a look at the Raccoon Police Department HQ, and even at the game’s iconic zombies. As usual, the game looks fantastic and terrifying at the same time, which I guess is a great signal that the Resident Evil Engine is doing its job properly.

You can check out the video below, and see if they get you pumped for revisiting this timeless classic which is receiving quite a lot more than a fresh coat of paint.

If you want to see more, you can enjoy a look at the classic costumes that will be distributed for free, the Noir and Arklay Sheriff sets, and Claire’s military outfit.

You can also watch the previous trailer showcasing the iconic licker, and the one revealing Ada Wong.

Resident Evil 2 launches for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on January 25th, 2019.

Interestingly, Capcom is also releasing some Resident Evil-themed costumes for Street Fighter V, so you could use those to get in the mood while we wait for January.
