Not only we get to see plenty of dueling both in single-player and multiplayer, but also story cutscenes and more. With over 9,000 cards, the game seems to have a lot going on for it.

All the content that came with the previous game Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist will also be included in Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution.

If you’re unfamiliar with Yu-Gi-Oh!, the franchise originated from a 1996 manga by Kazuki Takahashi serialized until 2004 on the Japanese magazine Weekly Shounen Jump. It has since generated a metric ton of other media incarnations including anime series, films, novels, and more

The series enjoyed the release of many video games as well since the first ones released in 1998 for the original PlayStation and the GameBoy.

You can check out the trailer below, alongside a batch of screenshots and the official box art. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the first screenshots in Japanese, more localized in English, and a previous trailer in Japanese.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution is coming west on August 20 exclusively for Nintendo switch. It’s already available in Japan for the same platform.
