New Phantasy Star Online 2 “Ultimate Trinity” AC Scratch Collection Is All About Episode 6

Today Sega announced another AC Scratch collection for the western servers of its popular MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2.

This time around the collection is “Ultimate Trinity” and it comes with goodies inspired by the upcoming Episode 6 expansion. You can also see the same outfits in action in the recent cinematic trailer.

The collection will be available starting on Dec. 9 and until Jan. 6.

If you’re unfamiliar with AC Scratch, that’s basically the game’s loot box-like mechanic that you can get through tickets purchased with Arks Cash.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is available in the west for Xbox One and PC. A few months ago, we heard that the western version enjoyed a “strong start” and that it passed one million players.

In the meanwhile, Sega recently announced Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis, which will basically be a new game operated in parallel with the original Phantasy Star Online 2.

The original game will, in turn, receive a visual upgrade to bring it in line with New Genesis’ graphics. Players will be able to use the same accounts and characters to play both games.
