Mario & Sonic At the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 got some love during Nintendo’s E3 2019 Direct, getting a new trailer as well as a new release date.

This time around, Sonic and Mario’s friendly competition will be celebrating the 2020 Games in Tokyo, Japan. All your favorite Sonic and Mario series characters will compete against each other in various sports such as surfing, track, equestrian, skateboarding, rock climbing, and more.

A bunch of new gameplay is shown off in the trailer down below. Mario & Sonic At the Olympics is coming exclusively to the Nintendo Switch in November 2019. This is the sixth installment in the Mario & Sonic series, and an arcade version is also set to release sometime in 2020.

For the first time in the series, all the characters in Mario & Sonic At the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 actually wear appropriate clothing depending on the sport they are competing in. Like a swimsuit for surfing or safety gear while rock-climbing.

For more reveals during Nintendo’s E3 direct, check out the two new characters for Super Smash including Banjo-Kazooie and every Dragon Quest hero. Likely the most surprising reveal at the end of the show was that Nintendo is officially working on a sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
