The Hikaru Utada Laughter in the Dark Tour 2018 “Hikari” and “Chikai” VR experience for PlayStation VR has been released for those who subscribe to Sony’s premium service in the archipelago of the Rising Sun.

The experience includes Kingdom Hearts III’s opening song “Oath”(Chikai) and the beloved classic “Hikari” from the original Kingdom Hearts.  If you are unfamiliar with the titles, “Oath” is titled “Don’t Think Twice” in the west, while “Hikari” is known as “Simple & Clean.”

You can download it here if you’re a Japanese PlayStation Plus member. Everyone else should not despair, as it will become available for free to non-subscribers on Jan. 18. Once it becomes generally available, everyone will be able to download this simply by using a Japanese PSN account regardless of nationality.

The experience allows fans to watch Hikaru Utada perform on stage from three different angles in PlayStation VR, while also looking around and zooming seamlessly.

You can check out a trailer and a making-of video just below.

Speaking of PlayStation VR, the Kingdom Hearts: VR Experience will also be available on Jan. 18.

If you’re interested in Kingdom Hearts III, you can enjoy the latest TV commercials, the “final battle” trailer released a few days ago, another recent videothe latest screenshots and the opening cutscene featuring Hikaru Utada’s song “Face my Fears.”

Kingdom Hearts III will finally be released on PS4 and Xbox first in Japan on Jan. 25. Western gamers in North America and Europe won’t have much longer to wait in order to play the game, as it will launch on this side of the Pacific Ocean on Jan. 29.
