The nightmare puzzles of the games have been adopted by the competitive community for a while, resulting in some great duels at events like EVO.

The remake adopts this kind of gameplay officially, adding competitive features including a head to head mode, and that’s exactly what we get to see in this video, with pro players like Hajime “Tokido” Taniguchi at the controls.

You can check it out below, and see if it gets your competitive sheep spirit burning. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the latest trailer, the previous video and a recent gallery of screenshots.

Catherine: Full Body won’t just add competitive modes to its puzzles, but also plenty of new ones, and easier difficulty settings for those who just want to enjoy the story. Of course, the biggest additions come to the story itself, with new scenario and an entirely new character, the mysterious Rin.

Catherine: Full Body will be released on Feb 14, 2019, in Japan for PS4 and PS Vita. We know that it’s coming to the west, but we don’t yet know when. Atlus USA hasn’t even confirmed the platforms yet.
