Battlefield V War in the Pacific Chapter 5 Showcased in Trailer; Free Trial Available

Following a tease earlier this week, EA Dice has today showcased a good look at some of the new content coming to Battlefield V today in the fifth chapter of its season pass, called War in the Pacific. A new three-minute-long trailer features Iwo Jima beach landings, aerial combat, and even some Katana action.

War in the Pacific is set to add two more factions to the game, three reimagined classic maps, new weapons, and battle pick-ups, as well as more vehicles and elites. There are also special chapter rank rewards to be earned along the way.

War in the Pacific is set for a full launch next week, Oct. 31. If you haven’t yet purchased the game then there are free trial weekends available for all platforms. One starts tomorrow, Oct. 24, and a second runs Nov. 1 – 4.

Chapter 5 is a continuation of Battlefield V’s content roadmap, which saw the game go to Greece in Chapter 4.
