Battlefield 1 Introduces Operation Campaigns This November

More to come for Battlefield 1 fans.

Battlefield 1 players have a lot to look forward to throughout the rest of the year, as the latest expansion Turning Tides releases this November. There’s also a new mode touching down this November known as Operation Campaigns, which is a variation on Operations mode.

Operation Campaigns will place multiple Operations together with “unique rewards” available to players between each one, “expanding the frontline clashes between attackers and defenders,” according to DICE. It was originally scheduled for launch this month, but was since moved to November for release so there was more time for it to be worked on and improved so it could be an even better experience for players.

Eastern Storm is the first Operation Campaign that players can check out in November, which brings together Brusilov Offensive and Red Tide from Battlefield 1’s In the Name of the Tsar expansion. You’ll get it for free if you already have the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass or the In the Name of the Tsar expansion at all.

To finish the Operation Campaign, players will have to rack up enough points to complete it before it’s been expired, upon which they’ll receive a Battlepack and obtain an Operation Campaigns Codex. You can play it as many times as you want before the time runs out on the certain operation, so there will be plenty of times to try it again and again before the event has ended. Later, players will get to play through the Fall of Empires Operation Campaign, which combines Iron Walls and Conquer Hell from Battlefield 1.

This December, players will get to try out the naval warfare-based Turning Tides DLC as well. There’s a lot to look forward to in the Battlefield 1 universe, so if that’s your bag, get ready for a whole lot of new content to rain down on you.
