If you have spent as much time as I have wandering through the different realms of Roblox, you know that Find the Markers is one of those experiences that just sticks with you. Since its launch, it has exploded in popularity, reaching over half a billion visits by 2026. What started as a simple scavenger hunt has evolved into a massive, multi-realm world filled with complex logic puzzles, deep lore, and over 320 unique markers to track down.
I have spent countless hours hunting through every corner of the map, from the nostalgic Mainland to the fractured dreams of the Scented Reverie update that dropped in July 2025. Trust me, with 320 standard markers and 9 special event markers now in the game, you are going to need a solid plan. Here is my personal guide to finding every single one of them, including the ones that most players miss because they do not understand the hidden mechanics.
Understanding the Hidden Lore and Realm Shifts
Before we jump into the locations, I want to share something I noticed that most guides completely ignore. The different realms in this game are not just random maps: they represent different points in time and psychological states.
- The Washable Kingdom: This realm is actually set in the past. I realized this because when you use the portal to leave, a message pops up saying: return to the present. Plus, if you talk to the Yellow Marker there, my avatar actually mentions meeting its ancestors.
- Scented Reverie: This is the newest realm added in the massive July 2025 Scented and Reinvented update. It is a fractured version of the forest biome. When you enter through the bed in the Happy House, you can see your own avatar sleeping there. This realm is essentially a dream world divided into sub-biomes called Dreams, like the Defrag Zone and the Depths.
Knowing this helps make sense of why some markers are so abstract. You are literally platforming through a dream.
My Secret Tricks for Navigation and Spatial Data
A lot of the Extreme difficulty markers are not actually hard because of the jumps: they are hard because the path is invisible. I found a couple of engine-level tricks that make these a breeze.
Using Click to Move for Invisible Paths
For the 90 Degree Marker in the Baseplate biome, you have to cross a totally invisible bridge. Instead of guessing, I go into my Roblox settings and turn on the Click to Move movement mode. If you right-click (or tap on mobile) near the marker, the game’s own pathfinding will automatically walk you across the invisible surfaces. This also works perfectly for the Transparent Marker near the spawn cave.
Stud-Alignment Strategy
When I am tackling the Difficulty Chart Marker or the Glitch Marker, I always zoom my camera out and look straight down. Roblox is built on a grid of units called studs. By looking at the texture seams on the ground, I can line my character up perfectly with the center of the invisible platforms. It takes the guesswork out of those frustrating blind jumps.
The Mathematical Models Behind the Puzzles
Some markers are locked behind actual math and logic gates. If you are struggling with the Matrix Marker or the Supernova Marker, I have the exact solutions for you.
Solving the Matrix Marker XOR Puzzle
The Matrix Marker in the Cyberspace dream is the ultimate test. It uses something called XOR (Exclusive OR) logic. You have to find five pillars and note their binary codes (made of 0s and 1s). The trick I use is a simple rule: if two bits are the same, the result is 0. If they are different, the result is 1.
The logic works like this:
- 0 XOR 0 = 0
- 1 XOR 1 = 0
- 1 XOR 0 = 1
- 0 XOR 1 = 1
I take the code from Pillar 1, XOR it with Pillar 2, take that result and XOR it with Pillar 3, and so on until I have a final 15-digit code for the main terminal.
The Supernova Marker Stellar Code
To get the Supernova Marker on Mars, you have to explode the Star-ker. I found the numbers hidden around the Martian landscape that translate to a color-coded sequence. To save you the search, the code you need to input is 5, 8, 2, 10, 7, 1. Just make sure you have collected the Martian Lab key from behind the red rocks first.
Finding the Easy Tier Markers
These are the entry-level markers located mostly in the Mainland and the start of the Washable Kingdom.
- Purple Marker: This one is right in front of you when you spawn.
- Ball Marker: Look around the spawn area for a rolling ball: that is the marker.
- Baby Marker: Head to the Abandoned City and check under the bed in the first house on the left.
- King Marker: Inside the Washable Kingdom castle, he is sitting right on his throne.
- Fire Marker: Go to the forest cabin and look inside the fireplace.
If you enjoy the collection aspect of this game, you might also like knowing the various Adopt Me pet trade values since both games have that gotta-catch-em-all energy.
Medium and Hard Tier Challenges
As you move into the higher tiers, the game starts requiring more exploration and basic quest completion.
- Chocolate Marker: In the Candyland biome, look below the ledge right next to the chocolate river.
- Merchant Marker: This is a fun one. Talk to the Merchant in the Washable Kingdom market. He will ask you to find 10 coins. I found them scattered across the realm in places like the swamp campfire, the top of the castle towers, and behind the Dragon Cliff bridge.
- Atomic Marker: Go to the Factory and use the microscope. You will have to run around and collect small marker fragments as they spawn. Once you get five, the Atomic Marker appears in the storage closet.
When you need a break from the scavenger hunt, I usually hop into some of the best FPS Roblox games to practice my aim.
Conquering the Extreme and Markerous Tiers
The Markerous tier is the absolute endgame. These markers usually involve boss fights or multi-stage dungeons.
- Dark Markery: This is a classic. You need to get a crowbar from a safe behind the Candyland waterfall (code 3882), open the boarded door near the Gallery, and enter the code EVILPURPLECHAINSAW in the void. It ends in a full-blown boss fight with laser blasters.
- Foliage Marker: You have to activate seven orbs in the Washable Kingdom in a very specific order (Periwinkle, Swamp, Forest, Castle Exterior, Market, Castle Interior, and Dragon Cliff). Then, you have to beat the Beanstalk Challenge, which is a race against time to water a plant by finishing three different obbies.
If you find the Dark Markery boss fight a bit intense, you are probably ready for some of the scariest Roblox games that offer a similar level of tension.
Recent 2026 Updates and Event Markers
The game developers are still adding content. In early 2026, we saw the return of the St. Patrick’s Day event.
- Clover and Lucky Markers: These were re-added in the February 2026 update. You can find the Lucky Marker at the end of the Leprechaun’s Labyrinth maze.
- Retro Textures: For April Fool’s 2026, the Mainland got a retro makeover with 2008-era textures and music. It did not change the marker locations, but it definitely made the jumps look a little different.
I always recommend keeping a pen and paper nearby for the Potion Marker in the swamp. It asks you to remember a sequence of ingredients five times in a row, and it gets faster every time. It is one of the most frustrating but rewarding markers I have ever collected. Good luck out there, and I hope you manage to finish your Markerdex!
