If you’re eager to know when Square Enix and People Can Fly’s upcoming cross-gen game Outriders will hit the shelves, it’s almost time.
Today Square Enix announced that the release date will be announced tomorrow, coming alongside a dedicated trailer.
It’ll happen exactly in 24 hours, at 8:00 am PDT.
You can find the premiere of the trailer embedded below, so you can watch it as it happens.
Outriders was originally revealed at E3 2019 and then went back under the radar until a few months ago when it received a cinematic trailer. We semi-recently got a gameplay reveal and several related videos, alongside more clips and tons of information form the developers shared at PAX East, additional screenshots, and another gallery.
Of course, you shouldn’t forget to read our latest preview and check out the latest footage.
Outriders will be a cross-gen game and it’ll launch in the 2020 Holiday season for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
Here’s how the developers describe the game:
“OUTRIDERS is a 1-3 player co-op RPG shooter set in an original, dark and desperate sci-fi universe.
As mankind bleeds out in the trenches of Enoch, you’ll create your own Outrider and embark on a journey across the hostile planet.
With rich storytelling spanning a diverse world, you’ll leave behind the slums and shanty towns of the First City and traverse forests, mountains and desert in the pursuit of a mysterious signal.
Combining intense gunplay with violent powers and an arsenal of increasingly twisted weaponry and gear-sets, OUTRIDERS offers countless hours of gameplay from one of the finest shooter developers in the industry – People Can Fly.”
