This time around we get the introduction of an interesting gang named Tyger Claw inspired by Japanese traditions. They feel like a mix been a biker gang and yakuza.

They hang out in Japantown and they look intimidating, while their methods are ruthless and violent. 

They ride street bikes and carry katanas, while their bodies are decorated by luminous tattoos.
