Aerosoft's A330 for MSFS is making progress.

Today third-party developers had new reveals to share about Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons.

We start with Aerosoft, which released another video showcasing the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) tablet of the upcoming Airbus A330.

This time around, we get to see a handy performance calculator (honestly, no airliner should ever ship without that), and an ATC quick reference list compatible with both VATSIM and IVAO.

You can watch it below while we wait to hear when we’ll finally be able to fly this highly-anticipated aircraft.

A brand new announcement came from Burning Blue Design, which is continuing its quest to recreate every small airport in the UK.

This time around it’s Solent Airport (EGHF). Formerly known as Royal Naval Air Station Lee-on-Solent or HMS Daedalus (a rather interesting detail is that Fleet Air Arm airports in the UK used to be christened with ship names), it’s currently a civilian airport serving Fareham in Hampshire.

It’s also the base of Coast Guard helicopters and the second location of Spitfires.com (the primary one is Goodwood, which Burning Blue released a while ago), which offers leisure Spitfire flying experiences.

While plans have been made for scheduled flights with small regional airliners, those never materialized, but this remains a very interesting airfield to explore.

While we wait to hear more, you can check out a gallery of screenshots below.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently available for PC (Windows 10 and Steam), and Xbox Series X|S. If you want to read more about it, you can check out our review.
