Rainbow Six Extraction’s Sledge Operator Abilities Showcased in New Trailer

Rainbow Six Extraction is less than three months from its launch, and so naturally Ubisoft has been dialing up the promotion of its upcoming spin-off. Today, a new trailer showcases one of its operators, Sledge, in more detail.

As you’ll see below, Sledge’s Tactical Hammer is useful for creating instant access to areas in order to gain a tactical advantage over Archean enemies.

For those who aren’t up to speed with Extraction, the upcoming game mashes up the tactical FPS action of Siege with co-operative PvE alien-slaying. Players are able to team up in squads of up to three players or solo queue as they choose from one of Rainbow Six Siege’s 18 operators and take on various missions. The game is essentially a larger scale version of the “Outbreak” limited time mode that was featured in Siege back in 2018.

Rainbow Six Extraction is coming to PS5, Xbox SeriesX|S, PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia on September 16, 2021. You can check out the previous trailer, plenty of screenshots, and the gameplay and cinematic reveal from E3.
