We’re talking about Newcastle International Airport (EGNT), one of the busiest airports in the UK (the 11th busiest to be precise) and a definitely interesting proposition while we wait for the next free World Update which will improve the whole country.

The scenery certainly looks great, and can be found on Orbx’s own shop for $18.37.

You can enjoy a few screenshots below to see what it looks like, alongside an official list of features.

  • Faithful recreation of Newcastle International Airport
  • Detailed PBR texturing
  • Ultra-high quality modelling work throughout
  • Stunning 3D modelling
  • Custom ortho
  • Highly detailed GSE and static aircraft

Speaking of Microsoft Flight Simulator in general, during a livestreamed event earlier this week, the developers shared a lot of details about the future of the sim, including the next world update focusing on the United Kingdom.
