Nintendo Uses Animal Crossing Twitter Account to Teach Players How to Use the Bathroom

Even after putting in dozens and dozens of hours into Animal Crossing: New Horizons, going on Twitter and seeing posts related to the life sim game is always entertaining and mind-blowing. Like, did you know that you can poop in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? Because nobody told me.

But yeah, it’s true. This comes from an official Nintendo Twitter account for Animal Crossing that’s apparently run by Tom Nook himself, the man behind the Bells.

In the tweeted video, Tom Nook tells us that if you’ve eaten more fruit than necessary, that yes, you can take a seat on a toilet and your “business” will be taken care of.

You can see the villager emptying his body of the eaten fruit in the demonstrated video while somehow keeping his shorts on –wouldn’t we love to know the secret behind that.

They then wash their hands at the sink (definitely not for 20 seconds) and then proceed to go on with their day –there also wasn’t any drying of the hands either. Tom Nook has some explaining to do.

If you’re wondering just what the heck is the point of eating fruit anyways, you can read our handy dandy guide.
