The developer released a new trailer focusing on visuals, showing off the work that was done by the team on the game in 2019. There are certainly some really spectacular vistas in there.

We get to see characters, starships, beautiful environment, and more. In particular, we take a look at some new ships created for our arch-enemies, the Vanduul.

You can check it out below. Squadron 42 is scheduled to enter its alpha phase in Q2 2020, while a beta will launch in Q3.

In other Star Citizen news, the crowdfunding total has skyrocketed beyond $259 million in the past few days

More precisely, it’s at $259,140,174 at the moment of this writing.

The number of registered accounts is now at 2,474,044. As usual, you should keep in mind that not all of them are paying players. The number includes accounts created for Free Fly events like the one that recently ended.
