Nintendo has released a new Pokemon Sword and Shield trailer today that takes us on a journey through the ages. The minute or so clip doesn’t show any gameplay, but rather showcases the series’ evolution from its Gameboy roots to the upcoming new generation.
It’s a clever little sequence that culminates with four players using different generation Nintendo hardware surrounded by Pokemon spanning over twentyyears of the franchise.
