The trailer features the opening cutscene of the game, with a super-catchy theme song rapping along the way.

We get to take a look at familiar characters and yo-kai, and the worlds that we’ll get to visit in the game. It looks rather fancy with a lot of CGI used to render our heroes and their friends and enemies.

It’s certainly a good way to start a brand new JRPG, and the Japanese launch of the game isn’t too far.

If you want to see more, you can also check out the latest batch of screenshots showing new environments and yo-kaithe most recent gameplay trailera ton more footage from a recent demo, even more gameplay from January, and another trailer from a few months ago.

Yo-Kai Watch 4 will release in Japan on June 6 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. While the game was initially planned for release in 2018, it has been delayed first to spring 2019, before the release date was finally announced a few weeks ago.

No western launch has been revealed for the moment, but hopefully, we’ll hear something about it soon enough.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
