Rage 2 Gets Spectacular Trailer Showing Your Friendly (Not Really) Wasteland Superhero

Today Bethesda Softworks released a  new trailer of the upcoming open-world shooter Rage 2.

The video is basically a parody of classic superheroes, showing how the game’s vast array of powers and weaponry basically turns into a twisted version of a superhero.

Of course, there is also plenty of neon pink and cheesy jingles to enjoy. It’s a really funny trailer, but also rather spectacular at the same time.

If you’re not familiar with Rage 2, it’s a post-apocalyptic shooter set in a massive open world co-developed by the masters of giant worlds at Avalanche Studios. They certainly seem to be right at home in this environment

You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more of the game, you can enjoy a recent and extensive gameplay video, a funny trailer from the Holiday season, and another from The Game Awards, when the release date was revealed.

If that’s not enough, there’s plenty more footage from all the way back at E3 to help you out with the wait.

Rage 2 will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 14, 2019. That wait isn’t going to be that long after all since we’re just a bit more than two months away.
