Dead or Alive 6 Shows Gameplay Aplenty and Costumes; Demo Teased Again

Over the past few days, the official Twitter account of Dead or Alive developer Team Ninja has been showcasing a ton of gameplay in a long series of short clips.

The videos show off several aspects of the upcoming games, alongside the cast wearing a variety of outfits.

On top of the gameplay, we also get some rather detailed explanation of some of the features that make Dead or Alive 6 unique, and some mechanics specific to a few of the characters.

The latest tweet from earlier today sounds like it may be the end of the series, but it includes an interesting line.

“Perhaps the time has come to give our fighters a chance to TEST their skills.”

If I was a betting man, this definitely sounds like a further tease of the possible demo release to which Dead or Alive 6 Producer and Director Yohei Shimbori hinted around the end of December.

Considering that Dead or Alive 6 will release worldwide for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Feb. 15, 2019, it’s quite possible that we hear an official announcement soon.

In the meanwhile, if you want to see more of the game, you can check out the latest character reveal with Elliot and Brad Wong, a batch of Bonus Costumes for Kasumi and Ryu Hayabusa, and more for newly-revealed character NiCO, Tina, Hitomi, and Leifang.
