Today, during the new episode of Capcom TV, the publisher showcased some new gameplay of the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 2, and there is a whole lot to see.

We get to see two different batches of gameplay for about twenty-five minutes of action io total, first showing off a part in which the player controls Claire Redfield, and then moving on to Leon Kennedy as he treads the sewers.

Unfortunately, the video quality isn’t the best, since Capcom streams in 720P and squeezes the footage within a frame on top of that, but it’s certainly better than nothing. The game still looks awesome thanks to the use of the new Resident Evil engine created for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.

If you want to see more of the game, you can take a look at the most recent batch of screenshots and trailers focusing on Ada Wong and Tyrant, the classic costumes that will be distributed for free, the Noir and Arklay Sheriff sets, and Claire’s military outfit.

You can also watch the recent batch of mini-trailers, a second batch, and another trailer showcasing the iconic lickers.

Resident Evil 2 releases for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Jan. 25, 2019.
