How to Change Suits and Costumes in Spider-Man PS4
Here’s what you need to know for how to switch suits and costumes in Spider-Man PS4.
One of the most exciting parts of any superhero game, aside from beating up goons left and right while taking on the hero’s rogue gallery, is the different suits and costumes available to use.
Sometimes, these alternative suits and costumes allow us to live out our greatest dreams, and other times they serve to absolutely ruin a dramatic cutscene with an out-of-place look in the best way possible. Regardless of why you switch, having variations on the standard get-up is always a great addition to any game in this genre.
Spider-Man on PS4 seems to be taking this to the next level with dozens of different suits available to use. While a neat feature, many players might not use it until they’ve completed a run through of the story, and because of that, they might forget completely how to change to something new.
For those people, and anyone else that might need a refresher, here’s how to switch suits and costumes in Spider-Man PS4.
First things first, you need to bring up the menu. To do this, simply press the touch pad (and you can do this at almost any point in the game, cutscene or not). On the menu, you should see a few options that you can tab over to.
To look at Spider-Man’s different suits and costumes, tab over to the Suits option and select it.
Select the first option here to be brought to a screen showcasing what’s available for you to use. Select the suit or costume you want and you’re set.
Exit the menu and you should see that your favorite web-slinger has donned the outfit you selected for him. If you get a cutscene, pay attention, as you should notice that Spider-Man is still wearing the suit or costume you selected for him.
