Today Takara Tomy released a new gameplay trailer of the upcoming fighting game Zoids Wild: King of Blast.

The trailer is rather extensive, and it shows off the features of the game.

We get to see the Story Mode, which follows an original plot featuring the heroes of the anime. The Zoid viewer lets you take a look at the mecha included in the game. This is pretty much a must considering that the game is based on a toys franchise.

2P Mode does pretty much what it says on the tin.

We also get to take a look at the Zoids playable in the game, including Wild Liger, Gannontoise, Scorpear, Trigeradogos, Fangtiger, Gilraptor, Gabrigator, Knuckle Kong, Stegosage, and Death Rex.

If you’re unfamiliar with Zoids, it’s a science-fiction mecha cross-media franchise born from a toy line and then spun into a ton of manga, anime, video games, and more.

The game is based on the recent anime and manga series Zoids Wild, that debuted on CoroCoro Comic in April 2018 and then on Japanese TV last summer.

You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can check out some recent gameplay.

Zoids Wild: King of Blast will launch on Feb. 28 in Japan, exclusively for Nintendo Switch. No western release has been mentioned for now.
