The gameplay showcases the playable demo that is available by entering a code published in the new issue of CoroCoro Comic in the Nintendo eStore.

We get to see poster mecha Wild Liger against Gannontoise, piloted respectively by Arashi and Onigiri. The game looks pretty cool, and it’ll be interesting to see if it’ll ever come west.

For the moment, we know that it’ll launch on Feb. 28 in Japan, exclusively for Nintendo Switch. No other platforms have been mentioned.

If you’re unfamiliar with Zoids, it’s a science-fiction mecha cross-media franchise born from a toy line and then spun into a ton of manga, anime, video games, and more.

The game is based on the recent anime and manga series Zoids Wild, that debuted on CoroCoro Comic in April 2018 and then on Japanese TV in the summer.
