Square Enix has released a video today, detailing every property that makes up the Final Fantasy XV Universe. By the time the game releases in September, fans will have had much more to experience the world of the game. Instead of making multiple games like with Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix has opted to expand this entry’s story with a full-length movie, anime and mobile game.
Kingsglaive is the feature-length movie revolving around King Regis, the father of XV’s main character Noctis, and his elite group of soldiers known at the Kingsglaive. The anime Brotherhood, is five episodes long and tells the story of how each of the four main characters met and grew up with each other. Finally Justice Monsters Five, the mobile game, is a pinball like minigame from within Final Fantasy XV. Then of course there’s the main event, Final Fantasy XV on consoles. Take a look at the trailer with each down below.
Final Fantasy XV launches on September 30, for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. According to the game’s director, Hajime Tabata, the main story will take 40-50 hours to complete.
